PH Richards BayThe Protea Hotel Richards Bay has two facilities available for conferences and meetings - a Conference Room and a Boardroom.  The Conference Room can seat between 15 and 45 delegates, depending on the seating arrangement.  Facilities available include Whiteboards, Overhead Projectors, Televisions, Video Machines and Flip Charts.  The L-shaped Boardroom can be used for small or medium-sized meetings, with traditional long-table settings, or conference-type seating arrangements.  All standard facilities are available and both the Conference and Boardrooms are air-conditioned.

Our standard conference package includes a buffet lunch, morning and afternoon teas, venue and standard equipment at R165 per person per day, but may vary due to the requirements and number of delegates.  A popular option for day-conferences is for delegates to enjoy snacks and drinks in the Ladies Bar at the end of the day.
